Resolves 'Yes' if a privately held company headquartered in an African country announces (or has credibly reported by two of TechCrunch, Bloomberg, Reuters, The Africa Report) a primary funding round valuing it at USD 1 billion or more, and it was not previously valued at $1B+, at any time in 2026. Otherwise 'No'.
