Rules

The October–December season drives food prices across East Africa. Does the Met Department classify it as above normal?

Resolves 'Yes' if the Kenya Meteorological Department's seasonal review of the October–November–December 2026 rains classifies national rainfall as 'above normal' (above 125% of the long-term mean). Otherwise 'No'.
