Resolves 'Yes' for the candidate declared president-elect by Kenya's Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for the 2027 general election, including any run-off, and 'No' for all others. A successful Supreme Court nullification followed by a repeat election resolves on the repeat result.
