The 650,000 bpd Lekki refinery has ramped in stages. Does it publicly confirm a month above 600k barrels per day this year?
Resolves 'Yes' if Dangote Group or a Nigerian regulator (NMDPRA/NUPRC) publicly reports average crude processing above 600,000 barrels per day for any calendar month in 2026. Otherwise 'No'.
